All of our vehicles have HGS labels that are linked to our company's bank accounts and are spent from the accounts as you use them. These fees are collected by you at the end of the rental.
Do You Have Child Seats in Your Vehicles?
We have a child seat for your family's small children to travel safely. Please do not forget to add a child seat when making a reservation request.
How can I make a reservation?
You can easily book from the car rental menu on our website. If there is less than 24 hours to your reservation time, you can make a reservation by contacting the phone.
What should I do if there is a delay during the baggage and customs procedures?
You must inform us when there is a problem of lost luggage or delay for extra work at the airport.
How and where will I buy my vehicle?
The vehicle you have booked will be delivered from the location you have selected at the date and time you specify.
Is there any age limit for car rental?
All vehicle groups have different rental conditions. You need 21 years of age 2 years driving license for economic groups, 25 years and 5 years driving license for middle and upper groups.
Is Navigation provided to Vehicles?
Before renting a car, you can obtain it by paying an extra fee according to your request.
Where will I return the vehicle?
The rented vehicle must be returned to our office or at the airport. If you deliver to a different city or point, one way difference will be paid.
How many days is the minimum rental period?
Minimum rental period is at least 3 days.
